These Terms govern your access to and use of the website rhombix.co and any related marketing content (the “Site”), operated by RHOMBIX CO (“RhombiX”, “we”), with registered address at N. Lansdorpstraat 33, Amsterdam, The Netherlands. By using the Site you accept these Terms. Use of the RhombiX Commercial Operating System as a customer is governed by a separate written agreement (MSA / Order Form) which prevails over these Terms in case of conflict.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, not to attempt to interfere with its security or availability, not to scrape it at scale without permission, and not to misrepresent your identity when contacting us or requesting a demo.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, the RhombiX name and logo, and the module names Field Operations, Merchandising Excellence, Sales Enablement, Vision AI™, Smart Workforce, Commercial Intelligence and Procurement & Assets — is owned by RhombiX or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. No rights are granted to you other than the limited right to view the Site for evaluation purposes.

When you submit a demo or contact request, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to contact us on behalf of the organisation you mention. We may use the information to respond, schedule a demo and send related service communications. See our Privacy Policy for details.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. RhombiX makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose of the content. Product descriptions reflect current direction and may change.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RhombiX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. RhombiX is not responsible for their content or practices and linking does not imply endorsement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
